CRM Marketing Manager - Al Futtaim's Strategic Marketing, Automotive Division - UAE

 

Al Futtaim's Strategic Marketing, Automotive Division now has an exciting position open for a dynamic, forward thinking CRM Marketing Manager.

 

This position currently manages all of the CRM Marketing Campaigns for all of the Automotive brands this includes:

 

  • The development and testing of segmentation, content, automated and triggered based campaigns in order to increase conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Build and socialize comprehensive reporting on KPIs and key metrics in order to inform the business of what is happening and ways to optimize
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.

 

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

 

  • Project Management - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously  (as they will be managing multiple brands CRM campaigns)
    • Specifically segmentation, content, automated and triggered based campaigns in order to increase conversion
  • Strong Relationship skills (as will be required to interact with different internal business units)
  • Experience in creating online, email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of SAP Hybris Marketing would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Google Analytics 360 experience an advantage, (specifically building segments for media targeting)
  • Experience in running various tests and analysis to determine key areas of improvements (A/B testing, Multi Variant Tests etc)
  • Experience in an analytical role with vast quantities of data to drive informed decision making (also understanding UTM tagging and different forms of media tags)
  • Understanding of the media landscapes (DMP’s, exchanges, programmatic buying, etc)

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Suitable business qualification (Degree level); thorough knowledge of Digital Marketing, New and Social Media, best practices and market trends

 

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 -5 yrs. Digital & CRM Marketing experience.
