Customer Service / Administration Assistant - Toyota - UAE Festival City


Great opportunity for someone from a hotel / hospitality or frontline customer service background to join our Toyota Head Office team!


The Role:

Service of beverages to guests. Confident, enthusiastic and exceptional services while dealing with people – Principals, VIP Guests, Customers, Visitors, Consultants and Executive Management Team.

Provide total admin support to the AF Toyota Head Office. To maintain pantries, stationary, meeting rooms, offices and all supplies pertaining to the Head Office.



  • Providing a high standard of service to the business and exceptional services to VIP Guests, Visitors, Consultants and Executive Management Team
  • Participate in environmental and safety issues that concerns the workplace
  • Check all IT equipment (fax, printers, video conference and projectors)
  • Check office supplies – stationary, wash room, pantry supplies
  • Helping maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Participate in third party audits for ensuring quality of service adhered
  • Manage all meeting rooms in the AFM building
  • Goshi vehicle Management
  • Supervision of Cleanco team (external)
  • Assist in the mail room


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Certificate with basic computer knowledge.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, creating PR’s Ariba and SAP.


Minimum Experience: 1 year with hospitality industry background or Office Boy/Messenger/Admin Assistant role


Job-Specific Skills: Positive 'can do' Attitude. Good Communication skills in English (2nd language is advantageous). Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work on own and in teams. Collaboration with all teams. High quality output.


Behavioural Competencies: Strong and welcoming personality, communication, Organizing, Flexibility and willingness to multi-task
