Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi requires a qualified and entry level ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/MANAGER


A well-reputed oil & gas sector supplier company based in Abu Dhabi requires a qualified and entry level (1 year minimum) experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/MANAGER (preferably gents) to meet the following requirements:

 Must be a MBA graduate – Marketing
 Must have idea about technical sales & marketing
 Must be very fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi will be added advantage)
 Very good understanding of office management processes
 Experience with financial and facilities management principles
 Proficient in MS Office & Accounting software’s like tally, SAP , Maximo etc
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
 Team player
 Good time-management skills
 Great interpersonal and communication skills
 UAE driving license will be an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
 Handling office records, inventory records, document control, finance & banking and sales support.
 Handling sales, procurement assistance, tender bids and overseas orders.
 Implement customer service standards and evaluate employees based on their ability to meet those standards
 Provide technical and logistical support for the sales team.
 As an Office Manager, responsible for overseeing the requirements of clients and principals
 Ensuring an efficient and productive work environment for your team.

Expected Salary: 4000-5000 AED
