About the Position

As a Field - HR Generalist for our Fashion Division, you will be responsible to develop, manage, coordinate, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.  In conjunction with and under general direction of HR, you will develop, manage and administer the compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and organisation development.  You will co-ordinate and follow up with the Employee relations for all investigations, grievances and disciplinary cases collaborating with Stakeholders; all while complying with Group HR Policies. You will build strong relationship with the head office and retail teams, generating a network of contacts throughout the brands and involving them in the design and delivery of HR activity

 

About you

To be successful in this role you should preferably have a degree in HR or a related field and have similar experience within an HR role preferably in a retail company.  You should be familiar with manpower planning, recruitment processes, stakeholder management and it would be advantageous if you have experience in HR with good knowledge of Bahrain employment laws and regulations.  You must be motivated, proactive and have the ability to work under minimum supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and a great ability to influence and inspire others.  You must be happy to travel within Bahrain, visiting the retail stores very often, and building a strong relationship within the store team.
