Sales Manager - Air Solutions, FAMCO AL FUTTAIM  - UAE 

 

Purpose:

To develop & maintain FAMCO’s market share in compressed air solutions equipment, to lead a team of sales engineers, identify and develop new sales accounts leading to the implementation and delivery of the annual business KPIs.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Mechanical / Electrical engineering university degree with excellent knowledge of air compressor industry, experience in UAE is an advantage.

 

 

Minimum Experience:

10 years of experience in sales with minimum of 5 years in selling air compressor solutions, whereas at least 4 years in a managerial position.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Basics of mechanical / electrical knowledge, financial knowledge, able to manage a team of people, negotiation skills of commercial terms & conditions, building relations & good planning skills, high degree of independence and work with minimum supervision, analyzing markets with presentation skills, fluent in English language.

 

Behavioural Competencies :

Co-operative, team member, motivated, aggressive & result oriented.
