Description: A Leading IT Software company is looking to hire Software Customer Support Executive.
Salary - AED 3000 - 4500
Job Responsibilities-
# Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat or visit
# Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
# Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
# Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
# Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
# Inform customers about new features and functionalities
# Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
# Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Job Requirements
# Must have 2 years of experience in Software Support
# Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
# Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
# Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
# Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
# Excellent communication and presentation skills
